Eduardo Severino Cia de Dança, formed in 2000, with a reperoire of eight pieces, has received many prizes. Among them, Rumos Dança Itau Cultural/2001, Funarte Dance Prize Klauss Vianna/2006, Vitae scholarship as a resident choreographer at the American Dance Festival/2001, Fumproarte for staging/2002 and 2006, Fumproarte for creation and research/2009,  Açorianos Dance Prize for best choreography in 2003 and 2005. Besides that, they develop a wide scope of research in dance. Currently the manage the Room 209 of the Cultural Center Usina do Gasômetro in the Project Usina das Artes. In 2007, they idealized the Movimento e Palavra (Movement and Sound) Exhibit, which is going through its 5th edition in 2009, gathering contemporary dance artists from many generations in Rio Grande do Sul.
An old house, nowadays only a facade and parking lot, becomes the stage for the performance “El Aparcarmiento” em tempos presentes. Three present bodies in search for their memories. Performance, music and dance intersect and discuss in a poetic interference in urban space in downtown Porto Alegre.
