They also participade in the III Festival Palco Giratório do SESC/RS (2008) and Centro Cultural CEEE Erico Veríssimo (2009) with a restaging of the piece “Il faut trouver chaussure à son pied”.
This choreographic piece is based on the studies of the french anthropologist Leloup about the parts of the body, which calls the attention to the Freudian vision that links the feet to a phallic symbol and the shoes to a feminine symbol. With this focus, the research finds innumerable proverbs both in the East and in the West that point to the connection between shoes and feet and the man/woman relationship. The suitcase is inserted with a meaning of “incubator” of these relationships. The feminine character walks many paths related to interpersonal relationships. The piece brings the contemporary dance language and a dramaturgical treatment established in a circular structure, articulating images that blend body, objects and movement.
