Testimonials

Through this desire to make them come to you and everyone who made this event possible, my thanks for the invitation to our company.

We also wanted to emphasize efficiency in the organization and structuring of the festival, as well as the attention paid to each company through his personal aides and always attentive to remedy any situation or need that might arise in the event.

Our experience has been very important since we have been able to verify that the exchanges between companies and festivals enrich us all at any latitude that we are, as makers of artistic experiences as well as humans.

I congratulate you once again and hope to keep in touch for new challenges.

I was fortunate to participate in the first edition of the Festival Mesa Verde in Porto Alegre.

A Festival carried on by people who love to dance and very involved in it.

It shows. Much effort and respect for the work and interest of the participants we met and generate a real exchange between all. Think together how the situation in each country, similarities and differences, discuss and enrich our perspectives on our work.

I was very happy from this experience and that there is a new space for dance in South America.

Command works only my congratulations on all those involved in Mesa Verde and my deepest thanks.

Until next time!

In a country as poor public policy for the arts, with sporadic events and no continuity, where the artistic exchanges (so vital) between the north / south / east / west almost nonexistent, to participate in a project like this, “Mesa Verde “fills me with hope and positive thoughts, countering” Kafka “.

The Mesa Verde festival is born winner with a good infrastructure and exemplary professionalism of the organizers and technical staff.

Long live the Festival Mesa Verde for the “gauchos can enjoy and indulge the true and legitimate hunger exists in our country: The hunger for culture.

Initiatives such as the International Dance Festival Mesa Verde, which proposes a dialogue between artists, students and researchers from different places facilitating communications between all, encouraging and leading partnerships to reflect on what has been done, these joints allow extremely important for the Dance.

Porto Alegre was included in 2009 the scenario of international dance festivals of great importance that stimulate the production and creation in this area. Thus seeking to strengthen the think-act-based discussion on issues of major importance for the dance, which often sit in silence for lack of opportunities of meeting space and time…

The Terpsí Dance Theatre is honored to have participated in and contributed to the International Dance Festival Mesa Verde, which should continue with other issues allowing the transit of groups, professionals, students and researchers contributing to the construction of history in contemporary dance.
